here is my ficus root over rock progression..
i started this plant by a cutting about four years ago...
and converted it in bonsai about one year ago...

plant in plastic pot...cutting was taken by mother plant about four years ago..

i graved it in the pot with the rock for 10 months but the roots have not gripped the rock firmly so wrapped the coconut husk and compost around it and wrapped with plastic..lets see what happen ?

unfortunatly tree started dieing due to over doze ......
i have put the tree in full sun and wateering double to its need to fight with the mistake.
now plant has shown some buds and i will post pics.....
sorry i am bit busy these days in office.... working 7 days a week from 8am to 9pm without any lunch or tee break... Crying or Very sad
