Salam Mohd. Faraz,

I would like to add a link to the Admin's set of links. Below is an overview of 'A Beginner's first bonsai' page. In that article the highlighted keywords lead to other useful links. The author 'Brent Walston' is a very experienced bonsai artist and a nursery owner.

http://www.evergreengardenworks.com/bonsaibe.htm

When I was starting bonsai, I used to propagate seeds and cuttings. This was a waste of time for me since I could have used that many years to start training nursery plants into bonsai.

My suggestion would be to learn from other's mistakes, and skip the propagation phase and start with training nursery material.

Seriously -

We really don't have plant nurseries set up like the US and it's against the law to dig up wild trees.

So you place a seed or cutting a large pot or growing trough or in the ground. There are two ways for the ground growing, on a tile or in a colander.
If the tree / shrub is normal growing you should have a 3 inch [ 7.5 cm ] trunk in 1 to 3 years at latest 5 years.
Technique works with black pines as well.

You also need to use coarse soil mixes.

So fear not, bonsai doesn't always take that long, if you are impatient.

In a new area it helps to know what tree or shrub is available.
