Ahmed welcome to pakbonsai.
yes you can make your bonsai from seed but it will take more time,why not take a plant which is already grown and train it as bonsai.
most bonsai artists use this method.but there is no restriction whether you choose to make from seed cutting or already grown plant on pot.
you can also dug a plant from earth and train it as Bonsai.

Read as much material you can on bonsai. Lots of information is available on net and practice wih techniques you read. You learn by experience.

Experts says usually one learns bonsai after at least 200 plants ... but its not apply to every one,a good lucky fellow can master it before even 200 plants

yes you are very right. you lose quite a few plants before getting a right bonsai. You have to learn through your mistakes.

Seeds are fine, as are cuttings, just start off in a pot and then grow in the ground or a very large pot.

Remember, you are trying for a large trunk and good radial root distribution, so you may need to cut back down to say 8 to 15 mm and start over for a first branch.

Salam Ahmed,

Growing from seed is fine... but as humans, no matter how patient you are, there is always an urge to do something bonsai related while you wait for your seedling to grow.

I would recommend to go to the nursery, and find a really nice Bouganvillea, Ficus, Acacia, or anything suitable to pot culture. This is where knowledge is invaluable... read articles (on nursery bonsai collecting), see pictures of bonsai from the web and get yourself prepared for some potential find.

And make sure you read on how how to keep your bonsai healthy by following a daily maintenance plan.
